Website User Agreement

Both Metro Shuttle Service, LLC, and Metro Shuttle Service Enterprises (Commercially Allied Companies), have a very serious committment to service. This website is no exception. This site is provided by Metro Shuttle Service Enterprises for the purpose of delivering information related to Metro Shuttle Service, LLC's services, and to be an interface for customers to schedule service reservations with Metro Shuttle Service, LLC. We will strive to make the information, and access as complete and convenient as possible, and whenever possible will include free tips to assist our customer in their travel experience. We are committed to continued investment in technology as a tool for improved customer service, and take the opportunity to thank you for your support.

Metro Shuttle Service Enterprises reserves the right to change these terms at any moment, with or without prior public notice.

Pricing Posted

All prices posted in this site are subject to change with or without notice up to the point of booking. We guarantee that pricing will never increase for a service that is underway. Additional services may be purchased however, requiring additional payment.

Payment Policy

We require a full payment in advance as a deposit for all services booked. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, and personal checks. Sorry, no business checks accepted. All internet booking schedules are not confirmed until they are paid.

Cancellations

Scheduled appointments may be cancelled without penalty as long as the cancellation is communicated 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. Shuttle capacity is considered unavailable upon having a confirmed reservation, and services are declined to other customers when the resources are assigned to a reservation. Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time will be assessed a 30% cancellation fee of the total invoice amount. Cancellations within 3 to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time will be assessed a 60% cancellation fee of the total invoice amount. Since our shuttles leave base in advance of the scheduled pick up time, a cancellation within 3 hours of the scheduled pick up time, and no shows will forfeit 100% of the funds prepaid.

Mistakes

We try to do the best we can for our customers, but from time to time, mistakes happen. We accept responsibility for incorrect information and posts on our website, by honoring the prices posted even if they have since changed. We appreciate your help to correct any possible misprints or typographical errors on our website.

Warranty

We guarantee the transportation service will be effective or we will refund the monies paid for them. We cannot however, guarantee times due to unforseeable events that may happen, such as traffic, acts of God, or breakdowns. Under no circumstance, will Metro Shuttle Service accept any liability for delivery in excess of a full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
